SAMARIS is a band from Reykjavík. They combine slow electronic-beats with fragile melodies and sing in their native language. The new track "Góða tungl" will be released via One Little Indian.

Farao is the pseudonym of London based, Norwegian artist Kari Jahnsen. The debut EP was recorded in Reykjavik with this song amongst. 

Loreen - We Got The Power

All of you who come regularly to our dj sets must know we are huge Loreen fans. Euphoria, the winning song at the Eurovision Song Contest made obvious that times of Abba and Björn Borg are not over. Here is the new hit song by talent Loreen. The song reminds of Swedish classics like Icona Pop's 'I Love It' or Lucas Nord's remix collection. It gets annoying after 2:20 minutes but well, who cares.

Loving the new female sprouts from Scandinavia these days. Elliphant is so terribly beyond awesomeness. 

NONONO – Like The Wind (Lissvik Remix)

Swedish trio NONONO premiered a remix of their massive single 'Like The Wind' made by genius producer Dan Lissvik (Taken By Trees, Young Galaxy) Where the original track was a cool pop song, this remix injects some amazing beat percussions to the gloom. Check it out below:
